Mega Rule Compliance
In our effort to maintain compliance with all EPA regulations TSI has taken
the following action to become current with MEGA-RULE:
Record keeping requirements have been updated to for our company and our
customers to meet the strictest standards.
All transformers which are still filled with oil having PCB levels above 49 PPM are now shipped with a uniform
hazardous waste manifest and continuation sheet.
As of February 1999 we have installed a NOVA Analytical Sytems, Model
7600/5, Continuous Emission Monitoring System onto our existing and already
compliant scrap metal recovery oven. This system meets all monitoring
requirements under 40CFR-761.72 (Rules concerning scrap metal recovery ovens
and smelters)
